By accessing Guardian EMT’s website or enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.Modifications

Enrollment and Payment
Program Eligibility
Enrollment in Guardian EMT’s programs requires meeting all prerequisites outlined in the Enrollment Requirements section of our website.Fees and Payment
- Full payment or an approved payment plan is required to secure your spot in any EMT or AEMT course.
- Payments must be made through our approved payment processors. Guardian EMT is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment systems.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the course start date to qualify for a refund, minus a processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date.

Course Expectations
Attendance
- Students must attend all scheduled classes, clinical rotations, and skills labs.
- Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, peers, and patients.
- Guardian EMT reserves the right to dismiss students for misconduct, including cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Certification Requirements
Completion of Guardian EMT’s training programs does not guarantee certification. Students must pass all required exams, including the NREMT Certification Exam, to achieve licensure.
Limitation of Liability

Guardian EMT is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or course materials.Medical Liability
